Update

So it's been a while again. But I wasn't lazy the last weeks. I finished a new song, called "See". The previous mentione title was "Destruct", but it was only the project's name. I think I will upload the new track within this week. In addition to that I have many projects unfinished, I hope to work on them soon too.

Besides the music stuff I started to create digital art stuff again, which means some kind of  posters I did before ( I think one is on my Deviantart page). Maybe I upload one of them too.

And, I maybe found finally someone for my duo songs. You know, I was looking for a long time for someone who'd do some vocal parts on my songs. So maybe I have luck this time!

"Darkside", now "Prepare Yourself" is finished

It's finished! Finally I finished "Darkside", which is now called "Prepare Yourself".
I think I'm happy about how it turned out. I uploaded it on Soundcloud, but soon I will put it on Youtube too.

So almost one week of not posting....sorry I was kinda busy, but know I got some time to finish my song "Darkside". Overall it is actually finished, nevertheless I'm not really satisfied with the mixing, and it got somehow complicated with over 35 tracks running simultaneously. Sometimes I get a little bit lost within the tracks ;D
But I really want to finish it. It's too long now unfinished.

By the way, my other projects:
The Hot Chip Cover "I feel better" is now really, really finished, which means I'm finally satisfied with all the vocals and mixing. I will release it, as soon I finish one of my other songs.

"It's up to you" is still......I don't know. Most of it is finished, but something is still missing. Maybe because it's actually for two singers, but I did it alone. I don't know......I'm not sure how/when I will finish it.

In the meantime, mixing "Darkside", I started AND finished another song called "Destruct" within one session. It is finished, but I think some little additional vocal parts are missing. I want to finish that soon too, if I can manage it.

So far......I hope to get something finished soon.

"Darkside" song project

I think, I'm doing good progress on my latest song project. Today I did most of the main vocal parts, although the second chorus is still missing. In addition to that I did a lot of mixing and added an intro. It's really getting very well.
I have many good ideas for the instrumental version I was talking about too.
The instrumental version will not just be the vocal version without the vocals.
I'm going to do it a little bit different.

Primaly focused

I already told you that I work on many songs simultaneously.
But in the last days I focused on primaly one song, though I still keep going on all the other ones. The song doesn't have a name yet, but thr project title is "Darkside".
Futhermore I will release two versions of this song. One instrumental, and one with vocals. I'm looking forward to finish it next week.

hm..

As I wrote before, I working on there songs parallely, but somehow I'm a little stuck.
I keep working on all of them, but the problem is my recording equipment, because, I don't have an fully equipt homestudio. The only thing I have is a Zoom H2 Handyrecorder, which I use as Microphone for singing and recording everything else and as soundcard. Don't get me wrong, it's a great device, and it works fine, but especially in the last weeks I recognized that I really need better Equipment, that means, new soundcard, mixer, singing mircrophone, stereo microphones and new software. Because having just one mircrophone for everything is really a pain. And with this lack of Equipment it's very difficult to make the music the way I want to.
For the moment it has to work out, but I really need better equipment soon.

So I told you before about the gift I made for my friend's wedding.

Tomorrow I will go to the wedding ceremony of a very good friend of mine.
I still work on the present for him, so I can't talk about here loudly (he might read this). But I think he has an idea about it anyway :D

Song projects

So I'm still working on my three song projects "If", "It's up to you" and "Darkside".
They are all doing good progress, but right know I focus primaly on Darkside.
At the moment it's the project where I got the most ideas. Still, it's only instrumental, but I really want to add lyrics.
I think about to make an completley instrumental version and one with lyrics.

long time no see......

So after a long period of not posting anything (almost a month!) I will keep this blog and all my other websites more updated from now on. My goal is it to post something every day (I hope I can keep it up!)

In the last month I did a little bit of everything. I finished some design projects, drew some pictures, did photographs, worked out new guitar riffs and first and foremost I recorded a lot, including working on old projects and beginning new ones.
I already wrote that the Hot Chip Cover is almost finished, but now it's even more finished I think ;D Overall I did only small changes. Nevertheless I want to upload it first when one of my other projects are finished.

From my previous projects there is still the song "If", although, this is still the working title. It's too close to finish, and I'd say that 3/4 is complete, but I think the hardest part of this is the end. I hope I figure something out soon.
And then there is my other project which is also advanced. It's the duett "It's up to you" I wrote with a good friend of mine in Italia. Although it's a duett, I will record it by myself for now, hoping that someday I'm able to find the right duett voice. In this song I'm very happy with the guitar parts, but a few vocal parts aren't quite right or missing, I hope to manage it soon.
At last but not least there is one project I started long time a go.
Now it's just Instrumental, because I don't have any lyrics, but I hope to come up with some lyrics soon.

Hot Chip cover almost finished

So the my Cover of Hot Chip's "I fell better" is almost finished.
It's still missing some guitar and vocal tracks, but on whole it's very close to be finished.
Futhermore I finally start recording a song I wrote with a friend in Italy.
It's actually for two singers, and I hope to do it someday with another vocal part, but for now I will finish it on my own.

I also wanted to upload some older design stuff to deviant art, but yesterday I found out, that the clock is somehow broken, dunno how this could happen, so I have to fix it first.

Making progress and upcoming uploads

So my Hot Chip cover is doing good progress, I hope to finish it soon.
But I'm not really happy about my other song. It doesn't work the way I think. I have to come up with something else.

Working on Hot Chip Cover

Right now I'm working on a cover version of Hot Chip's "I feel better" from their "One Life Stand" Album.
It's taking good shape, but I have to admit that the timing of the vocals are somehow difficult, but I think I'll can handle it ;)
In addition to that I'm working on a new song, but the previous title "If you" doesn't fit anymore, I'll have to come up with something different.

Back from vacation

So after a log time not posting, I'm going to keep the blog and my whole pages updated from now on again.
I posted a demo version of "Passenger" on Soundcloud. In addittion to that the instrumental song "Nowhere". I'm currently recording a new song called "If you".
Due to technical failure I'm not able to upload videos to youtube right now and I'm not really sure where the problem is with my videos. I hope to figure it our this evening.
Futhermore I did a lot of Pictures and photos on vacation which will be uploaded within the next days.

So I'm already working on the next song "Passenger"
This time I didn't use my classical guitar for the tracks, but my western.
I'm not really sure whether I like the sound, let's see how it will turn out.

I did most of the recordings yesterday and today. Within the next days I will record the last part and some additional vocals. I hope to finish it this week

Sorry for not posting in the last time, but I've been very busy. I will update more recently from now on.
So finally I finished the song "She Lost". I will upload it soon on my new Soundcloud account and youtube. Futhermore I wrote a few more songs which I will record soon too.

Really, the last days I wrote a lot of songs, a lot, more than I can record ;) The next thing to do ist to upload some of the songs as unplugged version so you get an idea of it how it sounds.
I'm thinking to move all my uploaded music stuff to soundcloud or something like that, maybe grooveshark. And by the way, I doing good progress on "She lost" I think I will finish it within this week

Today on my way to Hamburg I worked on the lyrics of a new song. I think I will record an unplugged version of it today or tomorrow, I'll let you know. In addition to that I'm still messing around with my toilet brush and several design project. I will upload some pictures of it soon.

futhermore I did a remix of Drownfield "seventyeight". Maybe I will upload it soon.
And I'm still working on "she lost", still not finished
